On Monday, Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked by some short bus riding liberal member of the mainstream media about whether or not the Trump administration would be taking any advice from former Secretary of State John Kerry on the Iran nuclear deal.
Her response was epic…
“I don’t think that we would take advice from somebody who created what the president sees to be one of the worst deals ever made. I’m not sure why we would start listening to him now.”
John Kerry…that’s private citizen John Kerry…
Who is no longer in any position to officially deal with foreign leaders (thank GOD) has 
apparently been running amok having “talks” with various foreign leaders, including Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, over how to salvage the 2015 deal.
According to the Boston Globe, Lurch Kerry met with Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif two months ago then again two weeks ago at the United Nations in New York to discuss ways to keep the Iran nuclear deal in one piece.
Lurch has also held meetings with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, French President Emmanuel Macron, and he has spoken with European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, by telephone regarding keeping the Iran nuclear agreement intact.
At this point, allow me to remind folks what the Logan Act has to say regarding the recent activities of one John Kerry:
“18 U.S. Code § 953 Private correspondence with foreign governments”
“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”
The question is…has Kerry violated the Logan Act?
Some say he has, others say he hasn’t, because while Kerry has been meeting with said foreign leaders, the Iran nuclear deal has remained official policy, but that leaves out one very important aspect of the Logan Act…that being the “intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States,…”
Here’s what we know for certain…Kerry has indeed met with several foreign leaders regarding keeping the Iran nuclear agreement intact, and several of those foreign leaders have indeed had meetings with President Trump to try and persuade him to keep the Iran nuclear agreement intact.
That set of facts would indicate that at the very least, those foreign leaders may well have approached President Trump with various aspects, or ideas put forth by Kerry in their efforts attempting to convince Trump to remain in that deal.
That would be, without question…”intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States.”
At the very least, Kerry should be immediately charged with violating the Logan Act, and a trial on those grounds should be forthcoming, but there is just one problem…we have an invertebrate, nutless wonder serving our nation as the Attorney General, and Jeff Sessions will do absolutely nothing.
Kerry of course was Obama’s sock-puppet who agreed to everything the Iranians demanded as part of the worst deal in the history of bad deals, and it doesn’t really take much imagination to figure out who still has their hand up Kerry’s keester, and since Iranian born Valerie Jarrett has her Islamic hand pulling Obama’s strings…it’s a case of making Iran’s dancing puppet, Obama, make Kerry the new shadow government puppet doing Iran’s bidding.
If you care to go down the chain of command, from Iran, to Jarett, to Obama and then to John Kerry, the problem for those orchestrating this brazen violation of the Logan Act is that President Trump is acting in the best interests of the United States, and our allies in the Middle East rather than allowing our enemies, both foreign and domestic to be his puppet masters.
On Monday, President Trump essentially told Kerry to get off the world stage, and on Tuesday, the President told the world that the U.S. is pulling the plug on the Iranian nuclear deal…no ifs, ands or buts, making Kerry’s Logan Act violating efforts a moot point.
Kerry didn’t take it well, issuing a statement saying, “Today’s announcement weakens our security, breaks America’s word, isolates us from our European allies, puts Israel at greater risk, empowers Iran’s hardliners, and reduces our global leverage to address Tehran’s misbehavior, while damaging the ability of future Administrations to make international agreements.”
Kerry failed to explain exactly how our security would be weakened by getting out of a deal that provided us no benefits, while providing Iran everything they wanted, nor did Kerry offer any explanation regarding how Israel would be put more at risk than they already are from a rogue nation hell bent on building a nuclear arsenal with or without the hideous deal…a deal that had already empowered Iran’s hard line terrorist sponsoring regime.
Kerry’s problem, and it happens to be a problem he shares with his former Iran loving boss, Obama, is that he just can’t handle the fact that when it comes to the world stage, he simply has no more power than any other garden variety U.S. citizen.
Directly after president Trump’s announcement that the deal was dead, Obama issued this statement as part of a three page spewing of nonsense…“The reality is clear. The JCPOA is working. That is a view shared by our European allies, independent experts, and the current US secretary of defense.” Obama went on to say, “That is why today’s announcement is so misguided,” he added. “I believe that the decision to put the JCPOA at risk without any Iranian violation of the deal is a serious mistake.”
Obama, Iran’s puppet also issued a warning…“The consistent flouting of agreements that our country is a party to risks eroding America’s credibility, and puts us at odds with the world’s major powers.”
That from the man who did everything in his power for eight long years to erode America’s 
credibility, including apologizing for America every chance he got, to bowing to foreign leaders, to turning his back on our greatest allies, to being proud of “leading from behind,” which in all actuality, is more accurately known as…following.
The real problem for both Kerry and Obama is that their legacy of appeasing 7th century barbarians is unraveling before their very eyes, and Obama’s dream of the Levant is fading faster than the sunset clause in the deal he sent Kerry out to desperately try to preserve in a direct violation of the Logan Act. Notice that nowhere, in either puppet’s statements, did they mention that the deal that paved the road for a nuclear armed Iran was set to expire, with or without the assistance of President Trump, in just seven years.
Also missing from their idiotic statements is the fact that both Kerry, and Obama, had been counting on Hillary sitting in the Oval Office, making sure that Iran did indeed have the ability to continue their nuclear weapons program with the deal in place so that once the sun set on the deal, Iran would have everything they needed to threaten the civilized world.
Obama said on Tuesday that without the deal in place, America “could eventually be left with a losing choice between a nuclear-armed Iran or another war in the Middle East.”
Just who does Obama think he’s kidding? WITH the deal, America and our allies, both in the Middle east and worldwide were left with no choice at all…that deal made SURE that there WOULD be a nuclear armed Iran AND another war in the Middle east…along with a nuclear arms race in the Middle east would go right along with it.
Despite John Kerry’s violation of the Logan Act in a last ditch desperate attempt to protect a legacy that only benefited the greatest state sponsor of terrorism in the world, 
Iran has been testing long range ballistic missile systems, supposedly as part of their peaceful nuclear energy program, although I have never seen a ballistic missile as part of any nuclear power plant, they have, in fact, violated the nuclear deal by producing more heavy water than allowed in that deal, which is a key component of producing nuclear weapons, and according to the IAEA itself, the agency in charge of making sure Iran held to the deal, Iran has also violated the deal by “denying IAEA inspectors access to military sites and other research locations. This is in direct contravention to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and bipartisan legislation set out by Congress, which compels the president to verify that “Iran is transparently, verifiably, and fully implementing the agreement.”
The Logan Act violater, John Kerry, obviously knows this, as it is no secret…the IAEA has NOT been allowed access to a single Iranian military site since the day the deal went into effect…and that’s not me saying this…that’s the Science and International Security agency say it in
their last quarterly report.
Now think about this, for just a moment, and think about it in light of what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed just more than a week ago concerning Iran’s “Project Amad,” via more than 100,000 documents directly pertaining to Iran’s nuclear weapons program…where…exactly…would the world’s leading state sponsor of global terrorism be conducting their research and testing of a nuclear weapons program?
At a military site…right?
And where have IAEA inspectors, charged with making sure Iran isn’t in the process of conducting research into, or building a nuclear weapons program NOT been allowed…by Iran…to investigate?
Any Iranian military site.
Sadly, and yet transparently, that is what Kerry violated the Logan Act to protect…Iran’s ability to proceed with their nuclear weapons program without any genuine interference, but now that the U.S. is no longer under the completely ineffective constraints of the IAEA, and with Israel in ownership of a half a ton of Iranian documents directly related to their always ongoing nuclear weapons program, Iran’s days of Levant seeking, and terrorism sponsorship may well be numbered.
So too should john Kerry’s days of freedom be numbered, and only a see everything, do nothing Attorney General is blocking Kerry from a cell at GITMO.
Mr. President…the swamp will drain much faster if you pull the Sessions plug out of the deep state end of it.
